If you received a direct mail advertisement
letter from my office regarding your home loan, it was sent by
mistake. Please accept my apologies for your having received
goal in mailing the letter was to offer help and relief only to
those homeowners who were behind on their mortgages. But the
mailing list I used was the wrong one, provided by a company
which mistakenly supplied me with the addresses of people who
are current on their mortgages or who have no mortgages. Even
though it was that company’s mistake, the responsibility
lies with me.
My main concern is the unnecessary
distress the mailing caused to a large number of its unintended
recipients. I do not know how to fix that, other than to post
this note of apology.
